Mr. Peyser brings over 40 years of senior management experience to Aptela's team. He has founded, led, and grown several successful
business ventures, generating billions of dollars in revenue and shareholder value. An engineer by training, Mr. Peyser's career
spans several industries, including aerospace and telecommunications. For 20 years, he was President and CEO of Cable & Wireless,
creating a worldwide leader in long distance telephone service. He currently serves on various non-profit and corporate boards,
actively continuing to build growing organizations. Mr. Peyser has a BA from Dartmouth, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the
Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth, and an LLB from Georgetown University.

Mr. Freidman has been President of Aptela, Inc. since its inception in 1998. He has fifteen years of experience in the information technology industry. Before founding Aptela, Mr. Freidman held several executive positions with Proxicom, Inc., establishing it as one of the world's leading Internet development firms. His prior positions include VP of Development at Neoglyphics Media, Inc. and CTO/VP of Production at Proxicom, Inc.
He has a BBA in Information Management from George Washington University.

As Chief Technology Officer of Aptela, Inc. since 1999, Mr. Subramanya is responsible for the technical vision and implementation. A true Internet guru, he helped create the world's first Internet-based e-commerce system and developed many of the technology standards and building blocks for the e-commerce revolution. His prior positions include VP of Development at Neoglyphics Media, Inc. and CTO/VP of Production of Proxicom, Inc. He has a MS in Electrical Engineering from Notre Dame. |

As VP of Alternate Channels, Mr. MacDowell is responsible for developing and excution of Aptela's Alternate Channel strategy. Mr. MacDowell has over twenty years of Senior Executive experience building large channel and wholesale business. Prior to joining Aptela, MacDowell spent more than seventeen years at Sprint, most recently as vice president of the wholesale services group, a $1.6 billion division where he delivered growth that consistently outpaced the marketplace. While with Sprint’s wholesale services, MacDowell held a succession of senior management positions that focused on voice and data service growth for multinational accounts and on revenue growth in the eastern region of the United States. Prior to joining Sprint, MacDowell worked for Northern Telecom (now Nortel) and GTE. |

As the Director of Sales, Lea Dzhin is responsible for sales strategy and building Aptela's fast growing sales team. A seasoned sales executive, Dzhin has more than twelve years of experience in strategic sales planning and sales management in the communications industry. Prior to joining Aptela, she was a regional director of client services at SuperiorGlacier, a document management and litigation support services company. In addition, Dzhin held positions of increasing responsibility during her more than nine years at MCI Worldcom and was consistently ranked a top sales manager in volume and quality. Dzhin has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from George Mason University. |

As the Director of Channel Sales, Todd Holsombeck is responsible for attracting new business through channel partner disciplines. With over 14 years experience, Mr Holsombeck has held positions of increasing responsibility in the telecom and internet arenas. Most recently, Todd was the Director of Sales and Partners at Mobilicity, a New York based mobile consultancy. Additionally, he served in the US Naval Nuclear propulsion program. Mr. Holsombeck was educated at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Management. |

As the Director of Operations, Glen Gaillard brings more than fifteen years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on network design and training and a specific expertise in VoIP engineering design. Prior to Aptela, Gaillard held high-level technical management positions during his nearly ten years at Cable & Wireless. Gaillard also held senior management positions at several Northern Virginia-based technology companies, including COVAD and Network Access Solutions Corp. He has a degree in ND Telecommunications Engineering from the Cable & Wireless Telecommunications College Porthcurno in Penzance, United Kingdom. |

With experience that spans every aspect of the software development lifecycle, Smith has a proven track record of shipping high quality software systems to large scale audiences. Prior to joining Aptela, Smith held positions at America Online (AOL), Thompson Financial, and various technology firms located in the Massachusetts and Virginia technology hubs. Smith earned his Bachelor of Science in Advertising from Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY. |
